Who we are

Plox (plox.lk) is an online store in Sri Lanka for digital products: game keys, game top-ups, Steam games and premium app accounts. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We don't receive your Google password.

Orders and wallet: what you buy, your wallet top-ups and balance, and details you give for an order (for example an email for a subscription slot, a game player ID or a Steam profile link).

Payments: bank slips you upload, and the reference of Binance Pay, PayPal or card payments. Card numbers are entered on PayPal's secure form; we never see or store them.

WhatsApp: if you message our WhatsApp number, we keep the chat so we can answer and help with your order.

How we use it

To create your account, deliver what you buy, keep your wallet correct, handle warranty claims and answer your questions.

To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only what's needed to complete your order: for example the email you give for a subscription, or a player ID for a game top-up, goes to the service that delivers it. Payment providers (your bank, Binance, PayPal) process your payment under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history while your account is open, so you can see your orders and use warranties. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your data, email teamploxlk@gmail.com. You can also remove Plox's access to your Google account from your Google account settings.
